We are excited to announce that we have conducted a survey to gather disaggregated data on our community. We believe that understanding the specific experiences and needs of different groups within our community is essential in the fight against discrimination and in promoting equity and inclusion. By analyzing this data, we have been able to identify areas where discrimination may be occurring and target our efforts to address it.
